Returns

We hope you are completely satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not, you may return a product within a 30 day period.

In addition to this 30 day guarantee, we would like to make our customers aware of The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (United Kingdom).

Under these regulations:

You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after receipt of the goods. You may contact us by email, telephone, or letter within the specified period. Reimbursement would be made as soon as possible but within 30 days and include our normal delivery charge if applicable.

Some items, electrical devices, come with their own manufacturer’s warranty (e.g. 12 months) this is in addition to the above.

 

Claims:

Breakages and shortages must be notified within 72 hours of the delivery. Please contact us with your order number via the contacts page here. or email us sales@healthleadsuk.com

Where goods are deemed to be faulty please return them stating your reason for doing so. Returns should be made to Health Leads UK Ltd, at our usual address. If necessary we will contact you regarding the safe return of the items. Books should remain unopened (sealed). Items returned unopened/unused may be exchanged for goods of the same value, if desired.

 

Special Notes on Returning “4 for 3 Mix and Match” items: If you need to return any items from an order that included a “4 for 3 Mix and Match”  offer please bear in mind the effect that it will have on any refund:

 

• If you return only the free item there won't be anything to refund.
• If you return only paid item(s), then any refund will only be for the difference in price between the free item and the returned paid item(s).
• If you return all 4  Mix and Match items, the paid item’s only will be refunded.
