Activated Charcoal Powder Coconut (Cocos nucifera) 300mg (NRV/NA); Plant source capsule shell. Adult suggested use: Two capsules before meals and Two capsules after meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Timing
The ability of Charcoal to adsorb Pharmaceutical Drugs and nutrients can be minimized by avoiding Charcoal use two hours prior to and two hours after the ingestion of Pharmaceutical Drugs, supplements and food.
