Potassium controls the balance of fluids in the body and also works at maintaining blood pressure, pH levels and regulating the heart beat. It can be found in the following food sources (most types of food): fruit; vegetables; pulses; nuts; seeds; milk; fish; shellfish; beef; chicken; turkey; liver; and bread.
Ingredients: Potassium Gluconate (an organic form of Potassium that consists of 16.6% Potassium bound to 83.4% Gluconic Acid). Serving size: ¼ teaspoon = 615mg providing 5.1% NRV. 1 level 5ml teaspoon = 2.46g providing 20.4% NRV.
Adult suggested use: As a food supplement ¼ teaspoon daily, take with food and at least 8 oz. of water or other beverage or as directed by a health care professional. Do not exceed suggested use.
