What is vitamin B5?
Pantothenic acid was discovered in 1933 by Roger J Williams. It is a water soluble vitamin, meaning that it cannot be synthesised by the body, and must be obtained through diet. Vitamin B5 plays a key role in a vast number of biological functions, therefore it is an essential nutrient.
Additive free supplements
More and more people are becoming aware of additives in supplements, mainly over concerns of bioavailability with magnesium stearate. Due to this issue, we do not use magnesium stearate or any other commonly used bulking or flow agents. The way we view it is — if there are any questions, why use it at all? We are proud of our magnesium stearate free supplements. Each vegetarian capsule contains 400mg of pantothenic acid powder, rice flour and nothing else.
